The Tulloch Pokolbin Dry Red 2011 is a medium-bodied Shiraz grown in the Pokolbin region of the Hunter Valley from established vines. This elegant Hunter Valley Shiraz is typical of the region displaying ripe berry aromas with well integrated oak characters and is a great food wine.
Vibrant plum in colour, the nose is raspberries and deep lifted fruit, fresh herbs with soft toat and mocha. A medium bodied traditional Hunter Valley wine style. Fresh vibrant raspberries carry from the nose to the palate, dried herbs layer with velvet tannins and delicate spicey oak.
