As part of the Hunter Valley June Wine and Food month, Twine Restaurant will be hosting Trust the Chef a five course degustation menu.

Leave all the difficult menu decisions to chef’s Matt Dillow and Adam Ireland with their special five course degustation dinner, including matched Hunter Valley wines and the chef cooking in front of you in the private Wine Room. The menu is revealed before you on the night…Trust the Chef!

Chef Andy Wright will use the burning canes to cook his grazing style menu, adding flavours of beautiful charry smoke. Brokenwood will match each dish with their latest release wines while you relax and enjoy the sun set and live music with fire side seating.

This experience includes a guided tour of the olive grove, an explanation of the olive pickling process and olive oil production process followed by a sit down tasting of our olives and olive oils.
