Leave all the difficult menu decisions to chef’s Matt Dillow and Adam Ireland with their special five course degustation dinner, including matched Hunter Valley wines and the chef cooking in front of you in the private Wine Room. The menu is revealed before you on the night…Trust the Chef!

During Hunter Valley Wine & Food Festival, Brokenwood Wines and The Cellar Restaurant team up for a bonfire supper and wine tasting amongst the vines in Brokenwood’s iconic Graveyard Vineyard.

This experience includes a guided tour of the olive grove, an explanation of the olive pickling process and olive oil production process followed by a sit down tasting of our olives and olive oils.
